Iran cities to host Polish Film Week

The 2nd Polish Film Week is to be inaugurated in three Iranian cities.

Organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Tehran and Art and Experience Cinema, the 2nd edition of the event is scheduled to be held on December 1-7, 2019 in Tehran, Shiraz and Isfahan.

A total of seven Polish films will be screened during the film week.   

The event will be opened with the premiere of 'Papusza' by Joanna Kos-Krauze at the Iranian Artists Forum in Tehran.

The screening session of the movie will be followed by a debate led by the film’s director about ‘Polish and Iranian Art Cinema and Co-production’.

'Papusza' will be screened in Polish language accompanied by English and Persian subtitles.

Attendance to all shows is free to the public.
